Lean Six Sigma & Process Improvement

Our experience with Lean Six Sigma began during the early implementation of the program within the United States Marine Corps. As one of the initial participants helping establish and implement Lean Six Sigma practices within the organization, our founder was also among the early Marines to earn Green Belt certification. Throughout a ten-year Marine Corps career, he continued applying these principles and served as project lead on numerous process-improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving efficiency, standardizing processes, and producing measurable results.

That experience continued in the pharmaceutical industry at Pfizer, where he served as the lead Continuous Improvement Specialist for the calibration department. In this role, he helped identify process deficiencies, develop and implement improvements, standardize workflows, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of calibration operations within a highly regulated environment.

A major focus of this work involved qualification and compliance efforts. Through process analysis, coordination, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives, he played a key role in helping the department successfully complete critical qualification activities while maintaining the documentation, traceability, and regulatory requirements expected within pharmaceutical operations.
