Background & experience.
Aircraft & test-component calibration
Our background includes extensive work with aircraft and aircraft test-component calibration, including the inspection, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and management of equipment used to verify critical aircraft systems and components. This experience has involved a wide range of electrical, electronic, pressure, temperature, mechanical, and other measurement and test equipment.
Pharmaceutical & regulated environments
We also have experience supporting pharmaceutical and other highly regulated environments where calibration goes beyond simply verifying that an instrument is within tolerance. These applications require controlled procedures, traceable documentation, calibration records, equipment history, change control, and an understanding of the regulatory requirements surrounding measurement systems and process equipment.
Automated calibration & data acquisition
Our experience extends into automated calibration and data-acquisition environments, including SCADA systems, PLC-controlled equipment, instrumentation, sensors, transmitters, process controls, and computerized calibration and monitoring systems. This allows us to approach calibration as part of the complete system rather than treating each instrument as an isolated component.
